CRAVEN COUNTRY JAMBOREE HOLDING CAMPING GATES UNTIL WEDNESDAY JULY 10

Today Craven Country Jamboree organizers made the decision not to open the camping gates until Wednesday, July 10 due to heavy rain that fell on the site on Saturday morning.

Festival staff have been working for weeks to get the site ready for the show, making many upgrades and improvements to the campground including building up fire lanes, improving roads and doing general maintenance.

“Our site has never looked better,” said Kim Blevins, Director of Marketing. “We have put a great deal of effort into improving our campground for our fans, and we want to ensure that all the campers can get onto the site safely, while preserving the integrity of the space. Therefore, we made the decision to open the gates on Wednesday, July 10. The forecast is looking good for the rest of the week, and we’re looking forward to hosting the World’s Greatest Country Music Festival with the best lineup in Western Canada!”

Out of town patrons who may be making their way to the festival site are encouraged to go directly to Evraz Place, Lot C in Regina until Wednesday morning at 9am.

Weekend passes are still available at the incredible price of $199 but that price will go up at the gate. Visit cravencountryjamboree.com, Village RV in Regina, The Pump, The Tap, and all Cowtown locations.
