Why is my Aspire AVP spitting?
A vape spitting is most often a sign that the vape juice has overly saturated and flooded the coils. When you fire the atomizer, the vapor coming up through the flooded juice makes the liquid spit and jump up the chimney and through the mouthpiece.
Why does my vape spit liquid?

Increased levels of propylene glycol (compared to vegetable glycerin) has an increased hit. Smaller mouthpiece which narrows the airflow can cause a harsher throat hit. Dry hit, when the juice isn’t transferred to the atomizer coil, causes a burning hit.
How do I Unflood my vape coil?
Don’t panic! A flooded coil is easy to fix. Unscrew your tank from the battery and position the mouthpiece over some tissue or a sink to catch the drops of e-liquid. Either tap the tank a few times to clear out the excess e-liquid, or blow down the central airflow tube (with the mouthpiece positioned away from you).
How do you fix a Spitback?
If you’re having spitback issues, changing to a high-VG e-juice can solve the problem by slowing down your wicking. Pulse the fire button – If you’ve primed or dripped too much—just pulse the fire button a couple of times before you start to inhale.
Can a vape overheat?
You will need to give your atomizer a deep clean and/or replace the coil. If your atomizer is still overheating after a good clean, your method of vaping may be the issue. Chain vaping can lead to your atomizer’s inability to replenish your e-juice fast enough, resulting in a damaged coil and diminishing flavor.

Why does my vape burn my throat with a new coil?
To put it simply, your vape tastes burnt because the wick inside your atomizer coil has dried out and burned up when it was heated. However, if the wick is not fully saturated with the e-liquid when you take a puff, this material can char and leave a foul taste in your mouth. This is what many vapers call a ‘dry hit’.
