Tabards still will not show for characters who don’t meet the reputation requirements to equip the tabard. A tabard appearance will not allow it’s effects to be used, so DON’T DELETE YOUR TABARDS WITH EFFECTS. It is not clear if reputation bonuses follow the tabard appearance.
