Yes, BPA Calls for services may extend beyond the period of performance of the parent BPA. However, if a BPA expires and is not renewed, you may not add more funds to the BPA Call.
When should I start making BPA?
(1) Ordering activities may establish BPAs under any schedule contract to fill repetitive needs for supplies or services. Ordering activities shall establish the BPA with the schedule contractor(s) that can provide the supply or service that represents the best value.

Is the BPA cares National Leadership Conference necessary?
All materials submitted become the property of Business Professionals of America and may be used as the National Center sees fit. It is not necessary for a chapter to attend the National Leadership Conference to participate in the program and receive the award. DO NOT SEND ANY AWARD APPLICATION (S) AS PART OF ANOTHER APPLICATION.
