Can you stamp on alcohol ink?
Alcohol inks make amazing backgrounds but also can be used with stamps. It makes for a beautiful colored stamped images with lots of texture and color variation with minimal effort.
Can you use alcohol markers on clear stamps?
Markers are ideal for coloring directly on your stamps to make a multi-colored impression. Alcohol and Lacquer based markers will dry too quickly to work well. These include Copic, Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers, Sharpies, etc. Colors can be blended with a water brush after stamping.
Can you stamp on Yupo paper?
Working on Yupo paper is the best paper to use for Alcohol inks but it does warp easily. So carefully move your heat gun around as quickly as possible and you should be good to go. I finished it off with a word die cut from glitter paper. Be sure to head on over to The Foiled Fox and check it out!
Can you use Crayola markers on stamps?
Add pops of colorful fun to your drawings and designs with Crayola Ultra Clean Washable Stamper Markers. Simply press the tip of the marker to your paper to stamp wherever you like.
Can you use pigment ink with alcohol markers?
Amuse Studio Inks – Although I’ve not tried these inks, I’m told (Thanks to my reader Fran Gibson for sending in this tip! ) that you can use any of the Amuse Studio pigment inks with copic markers. Since they are pigment, they will need more time to dry or will need to be heat set with your heat/embossing tool.
What is the difference between StazOn and Memento ink?
The Memento pad is water-based. That means that if you wipe water across it, it will smear. The StazOn pad is alcohol-based. That means it won’t smear when you watercolor.
