I have bunions and usually were a double wide shoe. This Vibram fivefingers KomodoSport fits great because it acommodated to my foot shape. My orthopedic doctor said he could operate and fix all my problems (bunion and toe) but the recovery is long and you must stay off the foot for about 3 months.
