Take the sensor out. Ground the body of the sensor to the engine or body, open the scan tool, select vane sensor pids, start the truck and slowly depress the plunger on the sensor and watch that the percentage goes from 0 – 100 and the voltage goes from about 0.3v to 4.8v. I’m sure the dealer tested the sensor. Take the sensor out.
