How do I log into VSee?
LOG IN, STAY SIGNED IN
- Open the VSee Messenger app.
- Check the Stay signed in box to prevent you from being logged out of the app.
- Type your username (email address) and password. Click Login.
How do I use VSee on my computer?

- Click Get VSee Messenger.

- Click Complete Signup on the activation email.

VSee is designed to be secure from the start. It uses open industry standard, FIPS 140-2 compliant 256-bit AES encryption on all control and media traffic. Everything is always encrypted.
Can I screen share on VSee?
SCREEN SHARE A WINDOW OR ENTIRE DESKTOP 1. While in a call, click on the green Share button located on the upper right corner of any window. Another way to screen share is to open the VSee Messenger app, click on the 3 horizontal dots > Call / Meeting > Share Desktop or Share Application.

What is VSee EXE?
The VSee executable (.exe) file is designed to run and install in the Appdata folder. If your computer has a policy or if your antivirus software prevents an executable file to run from the Appdata folder, it will block that file or prevent the installation to run.

For VSee Clinic (Waiting Room) users, go to your provider’s clinic URL and click the Login button on the upper right corner of your window. If you are using the VSee Clinic mobile app, log in using your registered email and password. Do I need to pay to use VSee? Patients do NOT need to pay for anything when downloading/using our apps.
Do you need a different email address for VSee?
