What do I do with the unidentified samples in Fallout 4?
In this room is the other sample you need, Unidentified Sample 3111. After grabbing that sample, exit that room, and enter the next room directly to your left. At the far end of the room, you’ll find the Isotope Containment Terminal which will be used to open a door, to where the final sample is, U-238.

The isotope containment chamber is the room immediately to the left of room C2, or rather it’s the room immediately to the right of the staircase if facing the said staircase. Across the radioactive waste there is a shelf that contains a single test tube in a rack which is the U-238 sample.
