How do I transfer ownership in Kuna?
If you’re changing your email, we recommend creating a new Kuna App Account with the email address you’d like to use, and adding this new account as a shared user. Then, we can make the shared user the primary owner of the camera. Please make sure to contact us from both email accounts (old and new).
Is Toucan and Kuna the same?
Kuna previously partnered with VuPoint Solutions to create the Toucan Surveillance Kit. This device is no longer being manufactured, but it’s still supported by the Kuna App. New Toucan products are not compatible with Kuna.

Please turn off your device (using the light switch it’s connected to) and wait at least 10 seconds. Then, turn the light switch back on. After the power is back on, the status LED at the bottom of your Kuna should flash from red to green (yellow if it’s a Toucan camera), and then to solid blue in about a minute.
