Is Eldrad Ulthran good?
Eldrad Ulthran is the Eldar’s pinnacle psyker, the prophet of Ulthwe. Seriously, though the dude is one of the strongest Farseers in the galaxy and stands with some of the best psykers in the game; if a regular Farseer doesn’t cut it, Eldrad has the extra oomph you may need.
Did Eldrad meet the emperor?
They’ve never actually met from what we can tell but either they have telepathically contacted each other or simply have many overlapping goals which result in them working in tandem at times. In one old eldar codex, a craftworlder rants about humans and says that Eldrad warned the emperor about Horus at some point.
