Halfords is to shut 60 of its stores and garages despite booming bike sales during the coronavirus lockdown. Halfords has already closed all of its Cycle Republic stores along with five own-name stores and garages. It stated it will attempt to relocate staff to other branches although hundreds of jobs could be lost.
