If you side with Morinth, she’ll disguise herself as her mother and join you as a loyal crewmember onboard the Normandy with her Dominate power unlocked. Only Kelly and Kasumi will notice that “Samara” is acting differently. If you side with Samara, you’ll gain her loyalty and unlock her Reave power.

Does romancing Morinth kill you?
Choose “Yes” instead of “No thanks, I’d rather live,” and Morinth will dominate your mind, killing you. After your wild night, reload and make sure that Morinth survives the Suicide Mission by picking her to be the Biotic Specialist. Doing so will allow her to make it to Mass Effect 3.
Can you sleep with Morinth?
