Who can participate in Race for Life?

- You must be aged at least 6 years old to take part in the Event.
- If you are under the age of 18, you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian before registering to take part in the Event.
What should I wear for Shine Night Walk?
What to bring
- Supportive walking shoes – appropriate for long distances and that you’ve already trained in.
- Breathable/waterproof clothing.
- Accessories and neon face paint – light, bright colours!
- Bottle of water – so you can stay hydrated.
- Plasters – just in case.

Each nickel plated medal features the iconic Race for Life 2020 branding with a high shine polished finish. The medals are available free of charge but during the checkout process you will have the opportunity to make a donation if you wish to do so.
Can a family sign up for the race for life?
You can still take part in a Very 2020 Race for Life as a family, but you’ll need to sign up separately. If you’re signing up on your child’s behalf then just enter your contact details on the sign up form. 7. Will I still receive a medal? When is the race for life on Facebook?
There will be a live stream event broadcasted from the Race for Life Facebook page at 9.30am on Saturday 26th September with lots of live entertainment for you to enjoy before you complete your 5k from your home. Once you’ve completed your 5k share a picture on social media using the hashtag #Very2020RaceforLife.
