The John Lewis Partnership Judgment Tests also referred to as Management Judgement Indicator Test, is a set of questions assessing how you might react to hypothetical events and situations taking place in the John Lewis workplace.

How long does a John Lewis interview last?
It was a group interview where we had to read the given scenarios and write down our answers, and then share and discuss them as a group. This process lasted about 30 minutes. Then, we had an individual interview which took around 20 minutes.
