Lilja Precision Rifle Barrels, Inc. was started in 1985 by Daniel Lilja as a result of his interest in benchrest rifles. Dan has been an active benchrest shooter since the mid 1970s and has an industrial engineering and machinist / toolmaker background.
Are there any defects in Lilja rifle barrels?
He enjoys shooting at benchrest matches and has won and placed well at national matches over the years. We warrant our barrels to be free of defects due to material flaws or workmanship.
How big is the contour of a Lilja barrel?
The radius of the contoured section is 30″, tangent to the barrel at the “B” dimension point. On request we can make barrels of #4 contour or larger up to a 30″ finish length (see pricing).
