How do I get my graduation certificate from Unisa?
To collect a certificate, special arrangements must be made with the Division: Graduations at least 10 days before the ceremony. Certificates may only be collected during office hours (Muckleneuk Campus only).
Where are Unisa graduations held?
The university hosts four of these ceremonies per day to allow an opportunity for students to graduate in person. About 45 ceremonies will be held in Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban between 1 and 18 December 2020.
Will there be graduation ceremonies in 2021 Unisa?
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the University will not host any physical graduation ceremonies during 2021.
How long does it take to receive your certificate from Unisa?
All certificates will be couriered within 15 working days after the ceremony. Please ensure that your cellphone number and courier address are correct on the system. Important: Please do not use any Unisa regional office, your school or work address (if you have not yet returned to the office) as your courier address.

Unisa will send an e-mail to your myLife e-mail account or an SMS informing you that you have completed your qualification. An Advance Statement of Results – which will also confirm the completion of your qualification – will be e-mailed to your myLife e-mail account.
